Field-force tracking, inventory, automated reporting and online stores. I work between the people running a process and the system that should be running it for them, and I keep what I build running in production.
A point-of-sale and business management platform for Sri Lankan retailers. Each shop gets its own branded workspace with fast checkout, FIFO stock costing, reports and roles. A super-admin panel handles subscriptions, WhatsApp and SMS reminders, and access control.

My HND final-year project: ESP32 sensors feeding a Flask dashboard with a Random Forest model that predicts whether a shipment is still fit for transport, to cut food wastage (bananas as the case study). Python, Flask, scikit-learn.
I'm Ashen, an IT Assistant at Celogen Lanka, a pharmaceutical company in Sri Lanka. Most of my work starts with a spreadsheet someone is tired of maintaining by hand: a field-employee mileage log, a sample inventory, a report that takes half a day to assemble. I turn it into a web app or an Apps Script automation, then stay on to support it.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton and an HND in Computing from Pearson, both completed through CINEC Campus. Before Celogen I did IT support at SL Tech and Advertising and taught English at British Way English Academy, a mix that makes me equally comfortable debugging a script and explaining it to someone who's never seen one.
